RENTAL PRICES IN CANADIAN FUNDS: and include Sales Tax, Insurance, 110 V generator, vehicle parking, septic pump-out, propane, microwave and TV/VCR. EXTRAS ARE: gas, fishing boat launch, ice and bait. U.S. Dollar at par, but could vary with the current bank exchange rate. OUR ONTARIO WILDERNESS HOUSEBOATS FEATURE: • LP (propane) gas for stove/oven, water heater, fridge/freezer, and wall heaters • 150 quart cooler • marine radio • maps • compass • fire extinguishers • anchor • picnic table on sundeck • bottled spring water • cooking utensils/pots and pans • dishes/cutlery • kitchen linen • waterslide (except 53' model) • fish cleaning station • TV/VCR or DVD • microwave • gas grills (BBQ) • swim platforms • extra fuel for fishing boats • Life jackets are not provided and must be brought by the individual FOR SAFETY REASONS we require the charter supply their own motor for the extra boat or rent one from us. The reason for an extra boat is that in event of an emergency, you have the ability to do something about it immediately. Floor Plans may vary slightly due to new equipment and model changes DEPARTURE Your houseboat will be available for boarding at 2:00 p.m. central time. Houseboats will not be allowed to leave our docks if you arrive after 5:00 p.m. Houseboat rental must be paid in full before orientation of boat. Orientation and familiarization of equipment on board, including chart reading, will be done just prior to departing our docks. RETURN The houseboat must be back at our dock by 9:00 a.m. on the day of your return. RESERVATION DEPOSIT POLICY Deposits will be returned if a written notification is received 45 days prior to departure date less a 20% administration fee. Deposits will be held for a booking later in the same year if cancellation is within 45 days of departure.
